Vehicle – Aqueous
JS-A221AE
Water-based JS-A221AE a highly-conductive silver nanoparticle ink is sprayable (aerosol ultrasonic atomization), excellent for fine line printing, is qualified for Optomec Aerosol Jet printing, and with added fluoropolymer is water resistant, with superior adhesion. Ideal for plastic, glass, and metal substrates.
JS-A426
Water-based JS-A426 a highly-conductive silver nanoparticle ink is sprayable (aerosol ultrasonic atomization), excellent for fine line printing, is qualified for Optomec Aerosol Jet printing, and is resistant to water and IPA, following curing. With added polyurethane, you can expect excellent adhesion. Ideal for plastic, glass, and metal substrates.
JS-A554
Water-based JS-A554, a highly-conductive silver nanoparticle ink and excellent for fine line printing, is qualified for IDS NanoJet printing, and with added fluoropolymer is water resistant, with superior adhesion. Ideal for plastic, glass, and metal substrates.
Vehicle – Aqueous
HPS-108AE1
A water-based, highly-conductive silver nanoflake ink, HPS-108AE1 is sprayable (aerosol pneumatic atomization), and ideally suited for plastic, uncoated plastic, ceramic, glass, and metal substrates. In addition to being non-flammable, HPS-108AE, with added polyurethane, has excellent adhesion, and is water resistant. Qualified Optomec Aerosol Jet printing, the stretchable qualities of this ink make it well suited for printed faraday cages, faraday ground planes, and printed antennae.
Vehicle – Glycol Ether
CI-006
Suitable for Polyimide (PI) and PET substrates, CI-006 is a glycol-ether-based copper nanoparticle superior conductive ink with aerosol pneumatic atomization, and is both photonically sinterable and solderable on PI – and on PET with a formic acid atmosphere. CI-006 requires laser curing under reducing atmosphere or formic acid vapor.
Aqueous
JG-024UA
Water-based JG-024UA is a highly-conductive gold nanoparticle ink that is sprayable (aerosol ultrasonic atomization), excellent for fine line printing, has superior adhesion, and with added fluoropolymer is water resistant. Ideal for plastic, glass, and metal substrates.
Aqueous
JR-038
Water-based JR-038 is a highly-conductive carbon black nanoparticle ink that is sprayable (aerosol ultrasonic atomization), excellent for fine line printing, has excellent adhesion, and with added fluoropolymer is water resistant. Ideal for plastic, glass, and metal substrates.
