PFI-500
Even though this low viscosity, water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink was originally designed for handheld proofers and other laboratory flexographic tools, it may also be printed on production flexographic presses. Cured PFI-500 films on plastics and label paper have good electrical conductivity, low surface roughness, and good adhesion. It is used in antenna, RFID, and flexible solar cell applications.
PFI-722
Water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink PFI-722 is designed for printing at speeds > 45 m / min on both plastics and label paper. Cured films exhibit high electrical conductivity, low surface roughness, and good adhesion. Suitable for sensor, pharmaceutical packaging, flexible solar cell, antenna, and RFID applications.
PFI-600
This water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink is used in antenna, RFID, sensor, secure packaging, and flexible solar cell applications. Upon curing, PFI-600 produces films with high electrical conductivity, good scratch and abrasion resistance, high pencil hardness, low surface roughness, and excellent adhesion. It may be printed at speeds as low as 10 m / min on both plastics and label paper.
PFI-A604PO
PFI-A604PO is a water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink which was specifically designed for treated polyolefin (e.g. polypropylene) surfaces. When cured, films of PFI-A604PO exhibit high electrical conductivity, low surface roughness, and excellent adhesion. This ink may also be printed on other types of plastic and label paper. PFI-A604PO is used in printed electronics applications which include antenna, RFID, and sensors.
PFI-RSA6004
This water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink was specifically designed to produce reflective and electrically-conducting features on non-textured surfaces. Cured films of PFI-RSA6004 on plastics and label paper exhibit higher optical reflectivity than those of PFI-RSA6012. Ideal applications include those in which features with high reflectivity and good electrical conductivity are required.

Water-based, silver nanoparticle flexographic ink PFI-RSA6012 was specifically designed to produce reflective and electrically-conducting features on non-textured surfaces. Cured films of PFI-RSA6012 on plastics and label paper exhibit higher electrical conductivity than those of PFI-RSA6004. Ideal applications include those in which features with high reflectivity and good electrical conductivity are required.
